The CrossCountry Mortgage Campus, home to the Cleveland Browns Training Facility, is part of the larger District 46 development in Berea, Ohio. As Project Architect for the new Medical Office Building, Kaitlyn was the primary architectural point of contact from Design Development through Construction Administration, leading the project team through the delivery of the core and shell scope. While not responsible for the overall design, she managed day-to-day project coordination, documentation, consultant communication, and client and contractor coordination, helping guide the project through construction.
Her responsibilities included coordinating consultant information, developing and maintaining construction documents, addressing design and technical issues, and responding to conditions that arose throughout construction. Serving as the primary architectural point of contact provided experience navigating a complex, multi-stakeholder project through the later stages of design and construction while maintaining coordination between the broader District 46 development and the Medical Office Building.
In addition to the core and shell work, Kaitlyn served as the Project Architect to the University Hospitals fit-out within the Medical Office Building, which is nearing completion. Her involvement included coordinating the tenant-specific design and documentation with the existing building , providing experience transitioning from delivering the core & shell scope of work into the detailed requirements of a outpatient healthcare tenant fit-out.
