Part of the larger Waterwood Resort campus along Lake Erie, the North Condominium includes 29 luxury for-sale units with private balconies. As Project Manager and Architect, Kaitlyn has been responsible for coordinating design development and documentation while maintaining close collaboration between the client, development team, construction team, and future residents.
A significant component of the project involved working directly with early buyers to customize their units. Kaitlyn led the design process for 14 customized residences, balancing individual preferences and expectations with the project's budget, schedule, construction realities, and overall design intent. This experience strengthened her ability to translate diverse stakeholder needs into thoughtful, buildable solutions while maintaining a collaborative project environment.
