Building G at Valor Acres in Brecksville, Ohio, is a multi-level parking garage within the larger mixed-use development. As Project Architect, Kaitlyn led the architectural delivery of the project from Design Development through Construction Administration, coordinating closely with the client, consultants, contractor, and project team. Her role focused on developing and maintaining the architectural documentation while coordinating the building's design through the various stages of project delivery.

A significant component of her role was working closely with the structural engineer as the primary structural systems and components of the garage were developed. Kaitlyn coordinated architectural and structural requirements, resolved technical issues, and incorporated structural information into the construction documents. She also conducted site visits and provided Construction Administration services throughout construction, gaining experience managing the architectural aspects of a technically complex project.
